Prikaži pod is operated by Veljko Rikalović, Vidikovački venac 102, Belgrade, Serbia. These terms apply to this website, to retailers who use our service, and to shoppers who use the visualizer on a retailer's website.

Prikaži pod is a managed room visualizer for flooring retailers. We add it to a retailer's product pages, where it reads the retailer's products from those pages and lets shoppers see a floor in a room — one of the retailer's rooms, or a photo of their own.

You may use this website to learn about the service and to request a demo. Please give accurate details in a demo request; we use them only to reply, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not misuse the website, for example by sending automated requests or trying to disrupt it.

• Your signed agreement with us sets the scope, fees and duration of the service, and takes priority over these terms where they differ.
• You confirm that you may let us read and display the product pages and images on your website for the purpose of the service, and that this content does not infringe anyone's rights.
• Shoppers' room photos are processed on your behalf under a data processing agreement between you and us.
• Unless your agreement says otherwise, we provide the service as available and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms other users or the service.
• We may suspend the service if it is misused or if amounts due remain unpaid after notice, and either party may end the service as the agreement provides.

• Visualizations are illustrative. Color, pattern and scale are approximate and depend on your photo, your screen and the lighting. The store's own product information and samples always prevail.
• Upload only photos you have the right to use, and avoid photos that show people or personal documents.
• How your photo is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

The service, its software and its design belong to us or our licensors. Retailers keep all rights to their products, images and other content; they give us only the permissions needed to provide the service. You may not copy, modify or resell the service without our written consent.

To the extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Serbia, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of a visualization. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date. Changes do not affect a retailer's signed agreement unless it says so.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are decided by the competent court in Belgrade. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
