Privacy Policy

Prikaži pod is a room visualizer for flooring retailers, operated by Veljko Rikalović, Vidikovački venac 102, Belgrade, Serbia. You can reach us about privacy at rikalovicveljko@gmail.com.

We play two roles. For this website and for demo requests, we decide how your data is used: we are the controller. When you use the visualizer on a store's website, we process your room photo on behalf of that store, which offers the visualizer to its customers: there, we act as the store's processor.

Demo requests. When you ask for a demo, we receive your name, work email, company (if you give it) and your message. They are sent to us by email so that we can reply. Your IP address is used for one hour, in server memory only, to limit repeated requests; it is not stored.

Room photos in the visualizer. When a shopper uploads a photo of their room, it is sent to our analysis service to find the floor. The photo is not written to storage or to a database. Only the result — a black-and-white outline of the floor and its measurements, nothing of the photo itself — is kept in server memory, so that a repeat upload is quick, until the server restarts.

The photo is also kept in the shopper's own browser for 30 days, so that it is there on their next visit; after that it is no longer used, and it is deleted the next time the visualizer opens. For this it never leaves their device, and they can remove it at any time with the ✕ on the photo.

Store content. The visualizer reads product names, photos and plank sizes from the store's own product pages. Room photos a store asks us to use are kept with our storage provider.

Server logs. Our hosting providers record technical details of requests, such as IP address, browser and time, to run and secure the service. Requests to the visualizer itself also use the visitor's IP address, in server memory only, to limit repeated requests.

Usage counts. For each store we count, per day, how many times the visualizer was opened and how many room photos were analyzed, so we can show the store how its visualizer is used. The counts hold nothing about who used it.

Business contacts. For stores we work with, we keep the names and contact details of the people we deal with.

• Demo requests: taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
• Server logs and the limit on repeated requests: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available.
• Room photos in the visualizer: processing on the instructions of the store that offers the visualizer, under its agreement with us.
• Business contacts: performing our contract with the store, and our legitimate interest in managing it.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers.

• A session cookie for our own staff when they sign in to our administration pages. It is strictly necessary and is not set for anyone else.
• In the visualizer, the shopper's saved room photo (kept for 30 days) and a note that the help has been seen. Both stay in the shopper's browser and can be removed by clearing the site's data; the photo can also be removed with its ✕.

We use providers in these roles to run the service. Each processes data only on our instructions:

• Hosting of the website and the visualizer.
• The service that finds the floor in a room photo.
• Our database of stores and their rooms, hosted in the European Union. It holds no shoppers' photos.
• Storage for stores' room photos.
• Email delivery, which brings demo requests to our inbox.

Some of these providers may process data outside Serbia and the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, as the law requires. You can ask us at rikalovicveljko@gmail.com which company fills each role.

• Demo requests: 12 months after our last exchange, unless the store becomes a customer — then for as long as our contract lasts and as the law requires afterward.
• Floor analysis results: in server memory only, until the server restarts.
• Room photos on a shopper's device: 30 days, or until the shopper removes them.
• Server logs: for the period set by each hosting provider.
• Business contacts: for as long as our contract lasts and as the law requires afterward.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, write to rikalovicveljko@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Where we process your room photo for a store, you can also contact that store directly. You have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Poverenik) or, if you live in the European Union, to the data protection authority in your country.

All traffic to the service is encrypted, access to our administration pages requires a signed session that expires, and the providers above are bound to protect the data they process for us. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take care to hold as little as we can in the first place.

The service is meant for businesses and their customers. It is not directed at children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date. Significant changes will be noted on the website.
